I'm not sure if some combo of draft picks could do it, or if maybe they could use someone like Kiwanuka or Bradshaw (with Osi coming back or if they resign both Jacobs and Ward) with a pick package. Then again, maybe they go after Boldin if he asks out of Arizona for contract reasons, or go full bore after TJ Housh as a UFA.
