2010 Fantasy Basketball Rankings: Small Forwards

Oct 1, 2010

Here’s a look at my 2010-11 fantasy small forward rankings.

  1. Kevin Durant:  Love his game and the way he carries himself.
  2. LeBron James:  His new friends keep him from being #1 again.
  3. Carmelo Anthony: Could slide down depending on where he plays.
  4. Danny Granger:  Points and 3′s galore. Just has to stay healthy.
  5. Gerald Wallace:  Fantasy monster in just about all categories.
  6. Andre Iguodala: Every category contributor.
  7. Brandon Roy:  Consistently puts up around 20-5-5.
  8. Joe Johnson:  Big-time scorer and three-point threat.
  9. Paul Pierce:  Still great, but C’s could will likely watch his minutes.
  10. Stephen Jackson:  21-5-4 after coming to Charlotte.
  11. Jason Richardson:  Expect his scoring to improve dramatically.
  12. Rudy Gay:  Virtual lock for 19 points and six boards.
  13. Hedo Turkoglu:  Should rebound nicely in Phoenix.
  14. Caron Butler:  Expect him to play a bigger role with Dallas this year.
  15. Danilo Gallinari:  Could lead the league in three-pointers.
  16. Rashard Lewis:  Got off on the wrong foot last year. Should rebound.
  17. Jeff Green:  Good multi-category option with SF/PF eligibility.
  18. John Salmons:  Played well following trade to Milwaukee.
  19. Luol Deng:  Boozer’s arrival will dip into his production.
  20. Carl Landry:  Solid with Houston, even better with Sacramento.
  21. Vince Carter:  Brutal January, but rebounded nicely.
  22. Evan Turner:  Potential Rookie of the Year.
  23. Mike Miller:  Won’t score a bunch, but will help across the board.
  24. Trevor Ariza:  Move to New Orleans should be a positive.
  25. Andrei Kirilenko:  Still producting in all categories.
