Here’s my Week 15 team defense rankings.

.

1. New England vs. Green Bay
2. Chicago @ Minnesota
3. Pittsburgh vs. New York Jets
4. Oakland vs. Denver
5. San Diego vs. San Francisco
6. Dallas vs. Washington
7. Cleveland @ Cincinnati
8. Atlanta @ Seattle
9. Carolina vs. Arizona
10. New York Giants vs. Philadelphia
11. Tampa Bay vs. Detroit
12. Arizona @ Carolina
13. Miami vs. Buffalo
14. Philadelphia @ New York Giants
15. Cincinnati vs. Cleveland

.
.

Inside the numbers:

  • The Patriots are peaking at the right time and Green Bay will likely be without Aaron Rodgers.
  • An angry Bears defense against a sinking Vikings ship. Scary.
  • Speaking of sinking, what happened to the Jets. The Steelers should have a field day with Sanchez.
  • Washington started the nightmare season for Dallas. At least they can avenge that loss. McNabb will be on his back plenty.
  • Carolina and Arizona could set football back this week. Their defenses should post solid numbers though.
  • Tampa Bay’s run defense took a hit when McCoy went down. Fortunately they aren’t facing a strong running team against Detroit and still remain a starting option.

Im in the playoffs and I have the Jets and Bucs Def. I like the Bucs matchups, and I also like the Falcons as well. Should I drop the Jets D for the Falcons at this point? I know most people wouldnt even think of doing that as they have been ok, but they havent been spectacular and with Sanchez doing absolutely nothing i dont really like their matchups.

The Jets are away… @ Pit and @ Chi
The Bucs are home vs DET and SEA
The Falcons are @ SEA and home vs NO

Im thinkin ditch the Jets, and go with the Falcons for week 15 and the Bucs for 16.

I also may be in QB trouble so thoughts on that as well. What do you think? Thanks.

I don’t love the Jets in either matchup so I have no problem with that.

I think you should get a QB ASAP. I would be surprised if Rodgers plays after his second concussion. I’d dump Moss most likely for the QB help.

Branch is a must at this point. Bowe is my number two, but I’m a little scared to use him. Still, he’s been too good this year. Cassel should be back and hopefully the real Bowe returns. I have Moss at 28 and Moore at 31 so I like both options as WR3, but favor moss slightly.

At RB I think J-Stew would be the odd man out since it’s PPR.

Just knocked off the 1 in my league… Need some advise in my PPR league
    QB
    Cutler or Kitna?
    2 RB’s
F Jax, J Stew, M Goodson, R Mathews or Benson
    2 WR’s
Boldin, S Rice or S Moss
    TE
    Tamme or V Davis?
    Thanks!

I like Cutler. The Vikes are reeling.

At RB I like FJax and JStew. Goodson and Mathews are in the wrong side of their RBBC split and Benson is a tough play against Pittsburgh.

At WR I leave Moss on the bench.

At TE I go with VD. He’s been money lately and he plays well with Alex Smith.

I’m in a bit of a dilemma. I have a choice between starting SD or NE this week in the second week of the first round in playoffs. My main concern is Rodgers and whether or not he will start. Should I keep riding NE’s D with the chance that Rodgers may or may not play or play it safe with SD tomorrow?

Thanks for the help in advance!

I just can’t imagine the Packers letting Rodger go a second time after a concussion without making him sit out a week. I’d go with NE and possibly take a flier on someone if Rodgers is gonna start.
