With another exciting week of football under our belts, here are the Lester’s Legends 2013 Week 16 fantasy football wide receiver rankings.
.
1. Calvin Johnson, Detroit Lions
Calvin Johnson is averaging 111.5 yards and 0.9 touchdowns per game. He should dominate the New York Giants. The G-Men are allowing 229 yards and 1.5 touchdowns per game.
.
2. Josh Gordon, Cleveland Browns
Josh Gordon is averaging 122.3 yards and 0.8 touchdowns per game. He’s been molten hot the past five games averaging 168.2 yards and 1.2 touchdowns. The New York Jets will try to contain him. The Jets are allowing 255.4 yards and 1.8 touchdowns per game.
.
3. A.J. Green, Cincinnati Bengals
A.J. Green is averaging 90.6 yards and 0.6 touchdowns per game. He should pick apart the Minnesota Vikings. The Vikes are allowing 290.6 yards and 2.3 touchdowns per game.
.
4. Brandon Marshall, Chicago Bears
Brandon Marshall is averaging 84.6 yards and 0.7 touchdowns per game. He should torch the Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles have allowed 291.6 yards and 1.6 touchdowns per game.
.
5. Alshon Jeffery, Chicago Bears
Alshon Jeffrey is averaging 97.9 total yards and 0.5 touchdowns per game. He should also have a big day against the Eagles. Cutler tends to favor Marshall a little more, but there’s room for both to have monster days.
.
6. Dez Bryant, Dallas Cowboys
Dez Bryant is averaging 75.8 yards and 0.8 touchdowns per game. I don’t expect him to leave the field early against the Washington Redskins. The Skins have allowed 251.9 yards and 1.9 touchdowns per game.
.
7. Demaryius Thomas, Denver Broncos
Demaryius Thomas is averaging 85.3 yards and 0.8 touchdowns. He had just 45 yards last week against the San Diego Chargers, but I expect him to rebound. Thomas had 100 yards and/or a touchdown in his previous seven games. He should get back on track against the Houston Texans. The Texans have allowed 1.8 touchdown passes per game.
.
8. Andre Johnson, Houston Texans
Andre Johnson is averaging 92.5 yards and 0.4 touchdowns per game. He should have a strong showing against the Denver Broncos. The Broncos have allowed 266.1 yards and 1.9 touchdowns per game.
.
9. Keenan Allen, San Diego Chargers
Keenan Allen is averaging 71.6 yards and 0.5 touchdowns per game. He has four touchdowns in his past two games and has averaged 79.5 yards and a touchdown in his past four. He faces the Oakland Raiders. The Raiders have allowed 254.4 yards and two touchdowns per game.
.
10. Pierre Garcon, Washington Redskins
Pierre Garcon is averaging 81.9 yards and 0.3 touchdowns per game. He had a nice connection with Kirk Cousins that should continue against the Dallas Cowboys. The Boys have allowed a league-high 297.4 yards per game and 2.1 touchdowns.
.
11. Antonio Brown, Pittsburgh Steelers
Antonio Brown is averaging 93.4 yards and 0.6 touchdowns per game. He faces the Green Bay Packers. The Pack have allowed 252.9 yards and 1.9 touchdowns per game.
.
12. DeSean Jackson, Philadelphia Eagles
DeSean Jackson is averaging 91.1 yards and 0.6 touchdowns per game. He goes up against the Chicago Bears. The Bears have allowed 228 yards and 1.5 touchdowns per game.
.
13. Julian Edelman, New England Patriots
Julian Edelman is averaging 103.5 yards and a touchdown in his past four games. Tom Brady will lean on him heavily against the Baltimore Ravens.
.
14. Vincent Jackson, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Vincent Jackson is averaging 77.9 yards and 0.5 touchdowns per game. He’ll look to score a touchdown for a third straight game when he faces the St. Louis Rams. The Rams have allowed 257.5 yards and 1.4 touchdowns per game.
.
15. Jordy Nelson, Green Bay Packers
Jordy Nelson is averaging 79.1 yards and 0.6 touchdowns per game. He takes on the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers have allowed 1.4 touchdown passes per game.
.
16. Eric Decker, Denver Broncos
Eric Decker is averaging 80.7 yards and 0.6 touchdowns per game. He was held to 42 yards against the Chargers. He should also bounce back against the Texans. Houston has allowed 1.8 passing touchdowns per game.
.
17. Torrey Smith, Baltimore Ravens
Torrey Smith is averaging 73.7 yards and 0.3 touchdowns per game. In three career games (including playoffs) against the New England Patriots Smith is averaging 92.7 yards and a score.
.
18. Marques Colston, New Orleans Saints
Marques Colston is averaging 108.5 yards and 1.5 touchdowns in his past two games, including 125 yards and a pair of scores in the first meeting with the Carolina Panthers.
.
19. Mike Wallace, Miami Dolphins
Mike Wallace is averaging 86.5 total yards with three touchdowns in his past four games. He had 76 yards in the first meeting with the Buffalo Bills. The Bills have allowed 1.9 passing scores per game.
.
20. Anquan Boldin, San Francisco 49ers
Anquan Boldin is averaging 76.8 total yards and 0.6 touchdowns in his past five games. The success should continue against the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons have allowed 254.9 yards and two touchdowns per game.
.
21. Michael Crabtree, San Francisco 49ers
Michael Crabtree is averaging 51 yards since his return. He scored his first touchdown last week. He’s also a solid play against the Falcons.
.
22. Danny Amendola, New England Patriots
Danny Amendola scored a touchdown in Week 14 and caught 10 passes for 131 yards last week. Look for another strong fantasy football playoffs performance against the Ravens.
.
23. Roddy White, Atlanta Falcons
Roddy White is averaging 7.7 receptions for 90 yards in his past three games. He faces the San Francisco 49ers.
.
24. Kendall Wright, Tennessee Titans
Kendall Wright is averaging 71.9 yards. He had 12 catches for 150 yards last week against the Arizona Cardinals. This week he faces the Jacksonville Jaguars. Wright had 78 yards against them in the first meeting. The Jags have allowed 249.9 yards and 1.9 touchdowns per game.
.
25. Brian Hartline, Miami Dolphins
Brian Hartline is averaging 81.5 yards and 0.5 touchdowns in the past four games. He had 69 yards in the first meeting with Buffalo.

Battling for 3rd and although I was pleasantly surprised 4th does pay out, 3rd is much nicer! With that being said I’ve been rolling with Garcon, Jordy, and Bowe. Hartline is available on the wire and no one left is making moves, they all have rock solid teams. Pine Bowe and roll with Hartline? PPR league

    Thanks!

I’d play Allen and Brown and sit Rainey personally.
