I have started using eCouchCoach.com this year and absolutely love it. It has everything a pay site has for fantasy football but it all is completely free. Live scoring, stat tracker, player injuries, cheat sheets, rankings, articles and much, much more can be found at http://www.ecouchcoach.com.
