Rick Reed? Really? He was good, but considering the pitchers they’ve had throughout their history i have a hard time imagining him being included on their all-time team.

Reed is 12th in all-time Wins with the Mets with 59. His winning percentage was .621. His ERA 3.66 in an Offensive friendly era.

I hear you though. Maybe Wagner or McDowell as you suggested.

I could also ask where Butch Huskey, Benny Agbayani or Mo Vaughn were, but we are trying to build the best team in Mets history.
Maybe even Anthony Young could be considered!!

LOL. You don’t get a Agbayani mention every day.
How about rey ordonez?

Great job, Can’t think of any changes.
I am not really a Met Fan but I grew up with them, and followed them almost as closely as the Yankees, I was thrilled to see my favorite Met of alltime on the team in the name of Ed Kranepool, He came right out of High School in 1962, My other favorite from the early days was Ron Hunt, among the all time leaders in HBP, also I was a big Jerry Koosman (Big Game Pitcher in 69 WS) Fan, His rookie card would be worth alot more but some guy named Nolan Ryan is on it and whatever became of that guy? Oh I do see one guy not on there I wish was on there but I cannot find anyone to bounce, He is Lenny Dysktra, (He really made that 86 team go)

Yeah, Lenny was better with the Phils went he started juicing.
