I think I counted only 23 players on the roster.
Pretty good team, Lolich and Morris are big game pitchers. I might have Frank Tanana as a long relief guy and maybe Willie Hernandez as a set up guy, Also it had to be tough to leave off Alan Trammel. Kirk Gibson, Willie Horton and Cecil Fielder

Saw only 23 guys on the team. I am not sure about mcLain even with the 31 win season in 68. I like either tanana as a long relief guy or Willie Hernandez as a Set up guy. Also as other bench guys you have Alan Trammel, Cecil Fielder, Kirk Gibson. Willie Horton aaaaand Lance Parrish to choose from.

Lots of position players in the pool here. wow … of course I’m crushed not to see one of my favs … Rudy York. Oh well, only so many slots.

Nor many great Tiger third baseman though.

Good job … and I enjoy this series.
