Brett Favre Back On Again?
May 8, 2009
The Brett Favre saga appears to have another twist. Despite yesterday’s Yahoo! reports that Favre will remain retired, ESPN’s Jeremy Schaap is reporting that Deanna Favre shouldn’t start planning the retirement party just yet.
Apparently Favre has sent X-rays to the Vikings to determine the extent of his injury, and if major surgery can be avoided, the comeback could be back on. Favre’s agent, Bus Cook, denies knowledge of the X-rays.
Shame on you if you thought yesterday’s report was the end of the story.

According to the exclusive interview I was able to get with Brett … he’s coming back this year to stick it to Green Bay and to be near Childress and his porn-stache. LOL
Seriously though, I expect him to return to the Vikings … the report from Yahoo was just window dressing … there’s no way Brett will put an end to any come back just yet … he’s got to get more tv exposure out of the deal.

LOL. That was a great interview. I agree. My guess is he’d like to skip OTAs and mini-camps. Childress needs to win now to keep his job so Favre has that leverage.
