Carson Palmer Progressing Nicely

Carson Palmer keeper league owners got a bit of good news today.  According to ESPN’s James Walker, Palmer’s elbow is 100% and pain-free.  “I’m 100 percent,” Palmer said. “I’ve been cleared. My elbow feels great and I just have to keep going and get the small mechanical things that I normally do this time of year.”  Palmer could be one of the better fantasy values in 2009 if fantasy footballers are scared off because of his injury and the departure of T.J. Houshmandzadeh.  Palmer remains one of the most talented QBs in the league, and the acquisition of Laveranues Coles should help his cause.  Now if he can just get Chad Ocho Cinco to show up to offseason workouts.

I hope so. I’d like to see them just play football. Is that too much to ask?

of course it is, when you have Ocho Moron…..bank it, he’s a powder keg of a mouth, waiting for his match!

I feel bad for Palmer, did last year too! all you can do is shake your head & move on!

Thanks for the Palmer post. If anyone is interested, here’s an article for today’s Cincinnati Enquirer about Carson. http://news.cincinnati.com/article/20090330/SPT02/303300037/1066

Ocho Paino Butto is a no-show for voluntary workout – although he said he’d be here. Right … and I’m the Pope on the weekends.

Even without distractions, of course that’s assuming no Chad, Bengals have a long way to go.

Agree. I hope they and Cedric Benson especially can turn the corner.

I love Benson. they have some solid players on this team, the off field “issues” etc… are a total distraction. Palmer sounds like he is all about winning (just like he voiced his displeasure last year) over Ocho….they get past the ca ca, they have SOME of the uphill climb out of the way to a solid season!
