Here’s a look at some fantasy basketball players that blew up the box score last night.
.
Sasha Vujacic and Travis Outlaw, New Jersey Nets
Vujacic scored 18 points (7-14 FG, 4-9 3PM) with five rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Outlaw added 17 points (6-13 FG, 5-6 FT) with six rebounds and three assists. I don’t like either as fantasy options.
.
Marvin Williams, Atlanta Hawks
Williams scored 16 points (5-10 FG, 6-6 FT) with four rebounds and two assists. He’s averaging 12.6 points in his past five games.

Here’s a look at some fantasy basketball players that blew up the box score last night.
.
Jeff Teague, Atlanta Hawks
Teague scored 20 points (6-9 FG, 4-4 FT, 4-4 3PM) with two rebounds, two assists, and two blocks. He’s really a mixed bag when it comes to his production.
.
Aaron Brooks, Phoenix Suns
Brooks scored 15 points (6-9 FG, 2-2 FT, 1-2 3PM) with a rebound and three assists. He just doesn’t have a large enough role to make him a viable fantasy option. He only played 14 minutes in the triple-overtime game.
.
Ron Artest, Los Angeles Lakers
Artest scored 18 points (7-14 FG, 1-2 FT, 3-5 3PM) with five rebounds, two assists, three steals, and a block. His numbers were bloated because of the triple-overtime game.

I don’t expect the Bulls to score 132 points very frequently, just like I don’t expect this duo to have consistent fantasy relevance. continue reading »

They are both solid options while the Wizards are depleted with injury. Maurice Evans added 15 points, six rebounds, and three steals, but I’m not as interested in him.
.
Leandro Barbosa, Toronto Raptors
Barbosa scored 15 points (4-11 FG, 4-5 FT, 3-5 3PM) with two rebounds and an assist. He’s averaging 18.2 points in his past five games.
.
Toney Douglas, New York Knicks
Douglas played the role of super sub scoring 20 points (8-14 FG, 4-8 3PM) with seven rebounds and eleven assists. He should be in your fantasy lineup.
.
Glen Davis, Boston Celtics
Big Baby scored 16 points (6-9 FG, 4-9 FT) with seven rebounds and a steal. He’s averaging 12.5 points in his past five games. continue reading »

.
Toney Douglas and Landry Fields, New York Knicks
Douglas scored 17 points (5-11 FG, 3-3 FT, 4-6 3PM) with three rebounds, four assists, and two steals. Landry also scored 17 points (5-10 FG, 4-6 FT, 3-5 3PM) with three rebounds, five assists, and two steals. They will have their moments, but they aren’t the fantasy option he was now that Chauncey Billups is back.
.
Jordan Crawford, Washington Wizards
Crawford scored 27 points (10-21 FG, 4-6 FT, 3-7 3PM) with three rebounds and four assists. He’s averaging 19.3 points in his past four games. With all the injuries the Wizards have, he’s a good option down the stretch.
.
Keith Bogans, Chicago Bulls
Bogans scored 17 points (5-10 3PM, 2-2 FT) with five rebounds, three assists, and two steals. He’s not a fantasy option.
.
Rodrigue Beaubois, Dallas Mavericks
Beaubois scored 16 points (6-8 FG, 4-6 3PM) with two rebounds, four assists, and a steal. He’s only useful in daily leagues. The Matrix added 18 points, five rebounds, and four assists to continue his strong play.

.
Trevor Booker, Washington Wizards

.
J.R. Smith, Denver Nuggets
Smith scored 18 points (5-12 FG, 3-4 FT, 5-8 3PM) with three rebounds and two steals. He’s averaging 20.3 points in his past three games. He’ll lose some luster when Danilo Gallinari returns, but play him while he’s hot. continue reading »
