If you’ve been following basketball closely, you’ll know the following players have been playing out of their minds.  If not, it’s time to play catch up.  Here are some of the hottest players in the league.

Joe Johnson – His team isn’t winning very often, but that doesn’t impact fantasy owners.  In his last four games Joe has averaged 30.3 points, 4.5 rebounds, 6.3 assists, 1.8 steals, 0.5 blocks, and 3.3 three-pointers per game.  He’s even helping your shooting numbers with a 52.9 FG% and 81.8 FT%.

Jason Richardson
- With Gerald Wallace out, J-Rich has stepped up his game.  In his past five games he’s averaging 28.8 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.6 steals, 0.4 blocks, and 3.6 three-pointers.  He’s shot 48.6% from the floor and 88% from the line.

Tracy McGrady - When he’s healthy he has the ability to carry a team on his back.  The Rockets haven’t lost a beat since Yao went down.  In his last five games T-Mac has averaged 28.8 points, 5.4 rebounds, 7.0 assists, 0.8 steals, 0.8 blocks, and 2.2 three-pointers per game.  He’s shot an impressive 54.1% from the floor and 76.5% from the line.

Pau Gasol - Let’s just say the trade is working out for the Lakers.  Pau has been clicking with Kobe.  In his past four games he’s averaging 20.75, 10.5 rebounds, 5.8 assists, 1.5 steals, and 2.0 blocks per game.  He’s shot 52.7% from the floor and 83.3% from the line.

Mehmet Okur -
This is the first year in the past few seasons that I didn’t have Mehmet on my fantasy team.  I love the 3′s he adds from the C slot.  For most of they year I haven’t regretted not having him on my squad.  However, that’s starting to change.  In his last five games he’s averaging 20.8 points, 11.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 1.4 steals, and 2.2 three-pointers per game.  He’s shot 58.3% from the floor and 82.1% from the line.
