If you’ve been following basketball closely, you’ll know the following players have been playing out of their minds.  If not, it’s time to play catch up.  Here are some of the hottest players in the league.

Monta Ellis
- I don’t know what’s going into Monta, but lately he’s been the Full Monta.  In his last three games he’s averaging 30.3 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 2.0 steals while shooting 60.8% from the field and 85.3% from the floor.

Kirk Hinrich
- Hinrich has been a disappoinment for most of the season.  He seems to be stepping up his play though lately.  He’s been more agressive offensively, which has led to a 27.7 point, 5.3 rebound, 7.0 assist, 1.7 steal average over his past three games.  He’s shot 53.3% from the field and 93.8% from the floor.

Al Jefferson
- Jefferson has been solid all year, but he’s stepped up his game even more recently.  He’s score 39 and 40 in his two of his last three games.  He had an off-night against Boston, but he averaged 31.3 points, 13.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.7 steals, and 1.3 blocks over the stretch.  He’s even improved his free throw shooting to 74.3%.

Chris Bosh
- In his last five game Bosh has averaged 29.2 points, 8.2 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 1.4 steals.  He’s shot 68.9% from the floor and 88% from the line.  That’s getting it done.

Emeka Okafur- Eureka, Emeka can still hit the boards.  In his last four games he’s averaging 13.0 rebounds.  Add in 19.5 points, 1.0 assists, 1.8 blocks, and 67.3% shooting and you can see why he’s En Fuego.
