Here’s a look at the unheralded players who played well yesterday.

Scott Olsen, Washington Nationals
Olsen got a no-decision, but pitched a strong game. He gave up 2 runs on 2 hits with 8 Ks in 7-1/3 innings. He lowered his ERA to 3.54. He was one of my streaming options for yesterday.

Tony Abreu, Arizona Diamondbacks
Abreu went 4 for 4 with a run and an RBI. He’s hitting .372 on the year, but doesn’t get enough steady at bats to merit fantasy consideration.

Dana Eveland, Toronto Blue Jays
Eveland gave up 2 hits in 7 scoreless innings to improve to 3-1 with a 3.82 ERA.

Brad Bergesen, Baltimore Orioles
Bergesen threw 6-2/3 scoreless innings to keep the Twins at bay. He improved to 2-2 and lowered his ERA to 7.36
