Are you hurting in the RBI category? Here are some reasonably available players that can help you out.
.
Danny Espinosa, Washington Nationals:  Espinosa has 15 RBI to start the year to go with a .288 average, 11 runs, and two home runs. He’s killing lefties hitting .333 with five RBI in 15 at bats, but holding his own against righties too hitting .270 with ten RBI in 37 at bats. Danny is owned in 16 percent of Yahoo! and 12.8 percent of ESPN leagues.
.
Jeff Francoeur, Kansas City Royals:  Francoeur also has 15 RBI. He’s hitting .333 with 12 runs, three home runs, and two stolen bases. He’s destroying lefties to the tune of a .476 average with nine RBI in 21 at bats while holding his own against righties hitting .271 with six RBI in 48 at bats. Jeff is owned in 41 percent of Yahoo! and 58 percent of ESPN leagues.
.
Brennan Boesch, Detroit Tigers:  Boesch is hitting .333 with 12 runs, a homer, 11 RBI, and two SBs. He’s hitting .400 against lefties and .311 against righties. Brennan is owned in 31 percent of Yahoo! and 42.3 percent of ESPN leagues.
.
Orlando Cabrera, Cleveland Indians:  Cabrera is hitting .257 with 11 runs, two HRs, and 11 RBI. He’s not a sexy pick, but he is a solid option, especially given his 2B/SS eligibility. Orlando is owned in 32 percent of Yahoo! and 40.5 percent of ESPN leagues.
.
Jed Lowrie, Boston Red Sox:  Lowrie has 11 RBI. He is hitting .462 with nine runs and three HRs. He’s 17 for 32 (.531) is his past nine games. Lowrie is owned in 55 percent of Yahoo! and 51.6 percent of ESPN leagues.
.
Hideki Matsui, Oakland A’s:  Matsui has 11 RBI. He’s hitting .246 with six runs and two homers. He’s a lifetime .289 hitter that has hit .274 the past two years so I’d expect improvement in that area. Hideki is owned in 14 percent of Yahoo! and 22 percent of ESPN leagues.
.
Ryan Roberts, Arizona Diamondbacks:  Roberts has 11 RBI. He’s hitting .378 with seven runs, four homers, and two stolen bases. As expected give his average, he’s handling lefties (.333) and righties (.409). Ryan is owned in 19 percent of Yahoo! and 9.6 percent of ESPN leagues.
.
Angel Sanchez, Houston Astros:  Sanchez also has 11 RBI. He is hitting .290 with 12 runs, a homer, and a stolen base. He’s handling lefties hitting .333, but all 11 of his RBI have come against righties, who he’s hitting .281 against. Angel is owned in 38 percent of Yahoo! and 36.1 percent of ESPN leagues.
.
Seth Smith, Colorado Rockies:  Smith is hitting .333 with 12 runs, two HRs, 11 RBI, and one SB. He almost exclusively faces righties, but he’s hitting .333 against both. Seth is owned in 12 percent of Yahoo! and 16.2 percent of ESPN leagues.
.
Travis Snider, Toronto Blue Jays:  Snider is hitting just .175 with six runs and one home run, but he has 11 RBI. He also has a surprising five stolen bases. He’s not likely going to be a .280 hitter, but he’s better than he’s hitting. Travis is owned in 45 percent of Yahoo! and 70.9 percent of ESPN leagues.
