Kenji Johjima, Asdrubal Cabrera, Brandon Jones, Jerry Hairston, Jr., and Mark Fontenot each had 3 RBI. Ronny Cedeno and Corey Robinson each scored 3 Runs.
Johan Santana won my vote for Cy Young with a Complete Game three-hit Shutout with 9 Ks on three days rest in a must-win for the Mets to improve to 16-7 with a 2.53 ERA. Ted Lilly gave up 1 Run on 2 Hits in 6 Innings to improve to 17-9. Jamie Moyer gave up 1 Run in 6 Innings to improve to 16-7 with a 3.71 ERA. Gil Meche gave up 1 Earned Run in 6 Innings with 7 Ks to improve to 14-11 with a 3.98 ERA. Brian Bass gave up 1 Run on 3 Hits to improve to 4-4. Zach Jackson gave up 2 Runs on 3 Hits to improve to 2-3. Scott Feldman gave up 1 Earned Run on 5 Hits in 6 Innings to improve to 6-8.
