Fantasy Basketball Box Score Breakouts – 3/17/10
Here’s a look at some fantasy basketball players that blew up the box score last night.
Roy Hibbert, Indiana Pacers
Hibbert had 20 points against the Cavs. He’s inconsistent, but has use.
Keyon Dooling, New Jersey Nets
Dooling had 15 points against the Sixers. There are better options.
Jrue Holiday, Philadelphia 76ers
Holiday continues his strong finish with 19 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists, and 2 steals.
Maurice Evans, Atlanta Hawks
Evans filled in for Joe Johnson with 16 points and 5 boards. Johnson isn’t expected to be out long.
DeMar DeRozan, Toronto Raptors
DeRozan had a strong showing with 19 points. He’s averaging 14.8 points in his last five games.
Nick Collison, Oklahoma City Thunder
Collison had 15 points and 6 rebounds against the Bobcats. His value in minimal.
Stephen Graham, Charlotte Bobcats
Graham had 19 points filling in for Gerald Wallace. His value is temporary as Wallace should be back soon.
Acie Law, Chicago Bulls
Law had 22 points against the Mavs on 7 of 8 shooting. He had 18 points yesterday. He could have some value if Rose and Deng remain out.
Jose Juan Barea, Dallas Mavericks
Barea had 15 points against the Bulls. He doesn’t offer much to fantasy owners.
Kyle Korver, Utah Jazz
Korver had 20 points against the Wolves. He’s only an option in deep daily leagues.
Morris Peterson, New Orleans Hornets
Mo Pete had 17 points. It was against Golden State and Chris Paul should be returning soon so he’s not a long-term option.
Anthony Tolliver, Golden State Warriors
Tolliver scored 30 against the Hornets. He’s not consistent, but is capable of turning in a solid performance.
Chris Hunter, Golden State Warriors
Hunter had 17 points and 8 rebounds. He had 22 in his previous game. It appears you can use him, but his well could dry up quickly.
Reggie Williams, Golden State Warriors
Williams had 22 points. He played 4 minutes in his previous game. This team is tough to figure out, which is maddening because you’re golden if you pick right.
