Fantasy Basketball Box Score Breakouts – 11/24/09
Here’s a look at some fantasy basketball players that blew up the box score last night.
Nick Young, Washington Wizards
32 MIN, 20 PTS, 8-16 FG, 2-2 FG, 2 3PM, 4 REB, 2 AST, 1 TO
Young finally got some run, and he took full advantage of it. He could see more action over the next few weeks as Mike Miller recovers from a calf injury.
Nate Robinson, New York Knicks
27 MIN, 15 PTS, 5-11 FG, 1-1 FT, 4 3PM, 2 REB, 5 AST, 2 STL, 1 TO
The second straight good game for Nate. Chris Duhon has been struggling so Nate could work his way into an even larger role.
Vladimir Radmanovic, Golden State Warriors
48 MIN, 14 PTS, 6-14 FG, 2 3PM, 12 REB, 4 STL, 2 TO
Radmanovic played the whole game, in part because the Warriors are hurting with big men Ronny Turiaf and Andris Biedrins out. He should continue to see big minutes, so he’s worth owning.
Jarrett Jack, Toronto Raptors
30 MIN, 18 PTS, 7-7 FG, 1-1 FT, 3 3PM, 3 REB, 6 AST, STL, TO
Jack was definitely feeling it tonight, and this is his third good game in a row for those of you keeping score at home. He’s worth owning in deeper leagues.
Rafer Alston, New Jersey Nets
26 MIN, 19 PTS, 7-14 FG, 2-4 FT, 3 3PM, 2 REB, 3 AST, 2 STL, 1 BLK, 2 TO
Devin Harris is back so Alston’s fantasy value took a hit. He had a good game last night, but it was a weird night for the Nets in which Brook Lopez and Chris Douglas-Roberts combined for nine points. Don’t expect this type of production for Alston on a regular basis while Harris is healthy.
Arron Afflalo, Denver Nuggets
31 MIN, 15 PTS, 6-8 FG, 2-2 FT, 1 3PM, 8 REB, 4 AST, 1 STL, 1 BLK, 1 TO
Nice game for Afflalo, but he’s been too inconsistent to have on your roster.
