Here’s a look at some fantasy basketball players that blew up the box score last night.
Glen Davis, Boston Celtics
Big Baby hit six of his seven shot for 13 points. He added five rebounds and a block. He played 29 minutes to Shaq’s 18. He’s a decent bench option while Kendrick Perkins is out.
Nicolas Batum, Portland Trailblazers
Batum started off the season in style with 19 points and 11 rebounds. He was 8 for 17 from the field, which shows you he’s going to get his opportunities this year.
Wesley Matthews, Portland Trailblazers
Matthews hit 5 of 12 shots to finish with 13 points. He added six rebounds and three assists. He played 30 minutes.
Chase Budinger, Houston Rockets
The Rockets sharpshooter his six of ten shots to finish with 13 points. He missed both of his three-point attempts, but they will come. He added five rebounds. He’ll need an injury to get significant minutes though.
Shannon Brown, Los Angeles Lakers
Brown scored 16 points on six of nine shooting. He knocked down four of his five three-point attempts. He added four steals, but did little else.
