Fantasy Basketball Box Score Breakouts – 11/23/10

Nov 24, 2010

Here’s a look at some fantasy basketball players that blew up the box score last night.
Ramon Sessions, Cleveland Cavaliers
Sessions scored 15 points (7-12 FG, 1-2 FT) with 6 rebounds, 5 assists, and a steal. His scoring varies, but he’s a solid contributor in assists.
Brandon Rush, Indiana Pacers
Rush scored 16 points (7-10 FG, 2-3 3PM) with 3 rebounds and a block. He’s averaging 16.0 points in his past four games.
Kris Humphries, New Jersey Nets
Humphries scored 12 points (4-6 FG, 4-6 FT) with 14 rebounds and an assist. He’s averaging 12.2 points and 11.8 rebounds in is past five games.
Marreese Speights, Philadelphia 76ers
Speights scored 16 points (8-13 FG) with 9 rebounds and 2 blocks. He’s entirely too inconsistent for fantasy usage.
Nick Young, Washington Wizards
John Wall returned, but Young still scored 19 points (7-15 FG, 1-1 FT, 4-8 3PM) with 3 rebounds, an assist, a steal, and a block. His scoring average will drop, but he could remain a useful fantasy option.
Toney Douglas, New York Knicks
Douglas scored 22 points (8-12 FG, 1-2 FT, 5-7 3PM) with an assist and 3 steals. He has 9 three-pointers in his past two games and appears to be over his back injury.
Shannon Brown, Los Angeles Lakers
Brown scored 21 points (7-14 FG, 2-3 FT, 5-10 3PM) with 4 rebounds, 3 assists, a steal, and a block. He’s averaging 14.8 points and 2.6 three-pointers in his past five games.
