Fantasy Basketball Box Score Breakouts – 12/12/10

Dec 13, 2010

Here’s a look at some fantasy basketball players that blew up the box score last night.
Al Harrington & Ty Lawson, Denver Nuggets
Harrington scored 19 points (6-8 FG, 4-4 FT, 3-5 3PM) with a rebound and 5 assists. Lawson added 18 points (6-7 FG, 6-7 FT) with 4 rebounds and 2 assists. The were playing the Knicks so don’t get too carried away, but Harrington should be owned in most leagues. Lawson needs an injury to Chauncey Billups for real fantasy value.
Kris Humphries, New Jersey Nets
Humphries scored 11 points (5-8 FG, 1-1 FT) with 11 rebounds, an assist, and 3 blocks. It was his second straight double-double. He’s worth an add as long as he’s getting steady minutes.
James Harden, Oklahoma City Thunder
Harden scored 19 points (6-8 FG, 5-6 FT, 2-3 3PM) with 3 rebounds and 3 assists. All he offers is inconsistent scoring as long as Oklahoma City stays healthy.
Brandon Bass, Orlando Magic
Bass scored 13 points (6-13 FG, 1-4 FT) with 11 rebounds and a block. He’s averaging 15.5 points and 9.5 rebounds in his past two games.
