Fantasy Basketball Box Score Breakouts – 12/28/10

Dec 29, 2010

Here’s a look at some fantasy basketball players that blew up the box score last night.
Zydrunas Ilgauskas, Miami Heat
Z scored 14 points (6-8 FG, 2-2 FT) with 10 rebound and a block. Credit the double-double to facing the Knicks.
Luc Richard Mbah a Moute, Milwaukee Bucks
Luc had 12 points (5-9 FG, 2-2 FT) with 10 rebounds, a steal, and a block. He’s not a fantasy option at this point.
Ed Davis, Toronto Raptors
Davis scored 17 points (6-8 FG, 5-8 FT) with 12 rebounds, 3 steals, and 3 blocks for the short-handed Raptors. Perhaps this will lead to more run going forward, but he shouldn’t be on rosters yet.
DeJuan Blair, San Antonio Spurs
On a night when Tim Duncan couldn’t get going Blair shouldered the load with 17 points (8-14 FG, 1-2 FT), 15 rebounds, and 2 steals. He’s only a low-end option for rebounds at this point.

What was amazing was that Ilgauskas’ double-double came in about the first six minutes of the game…lol
