Fantasy Basketball Box Score Breakouts – 12/4/10
Here’s a look at some fantasy basketball players that blew up the box score last night.
Jodie Meeks & Thaddeus Young, Philadelphia 76ers
Meeks scored 26 points (9-16 FG, 1-2 FT, 7-10 3PM) with a rebound an assist. If he continues to start, he could give you a boost in scoring, but doesn’t help elsewhere. Young added 20 points (8-11 FG, 4-4 FT) with 3 rebounds and an assist. He is very inconsistent.
Brad Miller, Houston Rockets
Miller scored 20 points (6-13 FG, 4-5 FT, 4-9 3PM) with 3 assists and 3 blocks. He’s averaging 14.6 points and 1.8 three-pointers in his past five games.
Ramon Sessions, Cleveland Cavaliers
Sessions scored 18 points (7-10 FG, 4-4 FT) with a rebound, 6 assists, and a steal. He’s averaging 12.2 points and 4.8 assists in his past five games.
Wesley Johnson, Corey Brewer, & Wayne Ellington, Minnesota Timberwolves
Johnson scored 20 points (8-9 FG, 1-1 FT, 3-4 3PM) with 6 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 blocks. Brewer scored 15 points (6-10 FG, 1-1 FT, 2-4 3PM) with 3 assists and a steal. Ellington added 16 points (6-9 FG, 4-6 3PM) with 2 rebounds, 3 assists, and a steal. The extra production was due to Michael Beasley’s absence. They aren’t fantasy options.
Quentin Richardson, Orlando Magic
Q scored 16 points (6-14 FG, 3-4 FT, 1-5 3PM) with 4 rebounds, an assist, and a steal. He simply took advantage of the Magic being without Dwight Howard, Jameer Nelson, and J.J. Redick.
Donte Greene & Beno Udrih, Sacramento Kings
Greene scored 19 points (8-15 FG, 3-6 3PM) with a rebound, an assist, and a steal. Udrih added 16 points (6-11 FG, 2-3 FT, 2-4 3PM) with 3 rebounds, 6 assists, and a steal. They both appear to be back in Paul Westphal’s favor.
