Fantasy Basketball Box Score Breakouts – 2/12/11

Feb 13, 2011

Here’s a look at some fantasy basketball players that blew up the box score last night.
Shaun Livingston, Charlotte Bobcats
Livingston scored 22 points (8-13 FG, 6-6 FT) with six rebounds, five assists, and a block. He’s averaging 13.2 points in his past five games.
Toney Douglas, New York Knicks
Douglas scored 19 points (8-13 FG, 3-6 3PM) with three rebounds and a steal. He’s hit double-digits in three of his past four games, but is hardly a consistent threat right now.
Sasha Vujacic, New Jersey Nets
Vujacic scored 15 points (5-9 FG, 3-4 FT, 2-5 3PM) with a rebound, four assists, and two steals. He’s averaging 16.7 points in his past three games.
Marcus Thornton, New Orleans Hornets
Thornton scored 24 points (9-15 FG, 3-4 FT, 3-4 3PM) with six rebounds, two steals, and a block. He’s very inconsistent.
Jodie Meeks, Philadelphia 76ers
Meeks scored 16 points (5-8 FG, 4-5 FT, 2-3 3PM) with three rebounds and two assists. He’s averaging 13.8 points in his past four games. He can score in bunches, but he’s a risky play in weekly formats.
Corey Brewer, Minnesota Timberwolves
Brewer scored 15 points (5-12 FG, 5-7 FT) with four rebounds and three steals. He’s averaging 11.0 points in his past five games, going for double-digits in four of them. Aside from Kevin Love, the Wolves players are all up and down.
Gary Neal, San Antonio Suns
Neal scored 16 points (6-8 FG, 2-3 FT, 2-3 3PM) with four rebounds, four assists, and a steal. He got some extra run because the Spurs destroyed the Wizards.
Cartier Martin, Washington Wizards
Martin scored 16 points (5-9 FG, 4-7 FT, 2-4 3PM) with three rebounds, two assists, and a block. He scored 15 points in his last game so he’s worth keeping an eye on.
Peja Stojakovic, Dallas Mavericks
Stojakovic scored 22 points (8-12 FG, 2-2 FT, 4-6 3PM) with f0ur rebounds, an assist, and a steal. He’s still getting his legs under him, but he may be worth a look in deeper leagues.
Carlos Delfino, Milwaukee Bucks
Delfino scored 21 points (7-15 FG,6-6 FT, 1-4 3PM) with two rebounds, five assists, and three steals. He has not been as productive since coming off the bench, but if Corey Maggette is out, he could be a solid plug-in option.
