Here’s a look at some fantasy basketball players that blew up the box score last night.
.
Spencer Hawes & Jodie Meeks, Philadelphia 76ers
Hawes scored 8 points (4-13 FG) with 12 rebounds and a steal. He’s been very quiet of late so I wouldn’t overreact to this near double-double. Meeks added 15 points (5-9 FG, 3-3 FT, 2-5 3PM) with a rebound, an assist, and 2 steals. He’s reached double-figures in each of his last three games, averaging 14.3 points over that span.
.
Kris Humphries, Toronto Raptors
Humphries scored 16 points (7-9 FG, 2-4 FT) with 7 rebounds, an assist, and a block. He’s slowed his pace, but still provides solid rebounding.
.
Tyler Hansbrough, Indiana Pacers
Hansbrough scored 13 points (5-12 FG, 3-5 FT) with 8 rebounds and an assist. He’s averaging 13.5 points and 7.0 rebound in his past two games.
.
Manny Harris and Anthony Parker, Cleveland Cavaliers
Harris scored 19 points (5-12 FG, 7-7 FT, 2-5 3PM) with 8 rebounds and an assist. He’s averaging 15.0 points in his past five games. Parker added 17 points (7-11 FG, 1-1 FT, 2-3 3PM) with 3 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals. If he can play more minutes, he could be a decent all-around player. Think a low-end Shane Battier.
.
Jose Juan Barea, Dallas Mavericks
Barea scored 22 points (7-12 FG, 5-5 FT, 3-4 3pM) with 3 rebounds, 3 assists, and a steal. His inconsistency is too much for me to take.
.
Toney Douglas, New York Knicks
Douglas scored 22 points (9-13 FG, 1-2 FT, 3-6 3PM) with 3 assists and 3 steals. He needs to be a more consistent threat before I’d add him.
.
Kwame Brown, Charlotte Bobcats
Brown scored 14 points (6-9 FG, 2-4 FT) with 10 rebounds, an assist, and a block. He’s averaging 10.0 points and 8.2 rebounds in his past five games.
.
Tracy McGrady, Detroit Pistons
T-Mac scored 12 points (4-9 FG, 2-2 FT, 2-2 3PM) with a rebound, 8 assists, 3 steals, and a block. He’s averaging 14.4 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 6.8 assists in his past five games.
.
Sam Young, Memphis Grizzlies
Young scored 18 points (9-16 FG) with 4 rebounds, 6 assists, 3 steals, and a block. He’s scored in double-figures in the past four games, averaging 12.5 points over that span. He’s  been the main benefactor from O.J. Mayo’s suspension.
.
J.R. Smith, Denver Nuggets
Smith scored 16 points (5-9 FG, 5-6 FT, 1-3 3PM) with 3 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals. He’s reached double-digits in his past four games, averaging 14.8 points during that span.
.
Ersan Ilyasova, Milwaukee Bucks
Ilyasova scored 15 points (7-20 FG, 1-5 3PM) with 9 rebounds and 4 steals. He’s averaging 17.3 points in his past four games.
.
Jared Dudley, Phoenix Suns
Dudley scored 15 points (5-8 FG, 5-6 FT) with 7 rebounds, an assist, and a block. He’s averaging 12.8 points in his past five games.
.
Ryan Gomes, Los Angeles Clippers
Gomes scored 16 points (6-10 FG, 2-2 FT, 2-2 3PM) with 6 rebounds. He’s alternated double-digit and single-digit games, but he’s averaging 12.2 points in his past five games.
