Fantasy Football Forum

How did Week 10 go for you?

I’m in five leagues so I’ll recap each one.

KFFL Analysis League - I faced Tom Brady, Frank Gore, Ray Rice, and Calvin Johnson. I countered with Peyton Manning, Reggie Wayne, Jerricho Cotchery, Antonio Gates, and Baltimore defense. I was just good enough to get the W.
Record:  7-3

Fantasy Football Search League – I faced Steven Jackson, T.J. Houshmandzadeh, and Calvin Johnson. I countered with Randy Moss and Reggie Wayne, who double-handily won it for me.
Record:  6-4

Rotoprofessor Challenge -I faced Brandon Marshall, Chris Johnson, Jamaal Charles, Larry Fitzgerald, and Mike Sims-Walker. I countered with Donovan McNabb, Reggie Wayne, Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams. Baltimore D made it close, but in the end it wasn’t enough for the victory. The frustrating thing was I had more points than everyone in the league other than my opponent.
Record:  6-4

My Keeper League – I faced Brett Favre, Chris Johnson, Ray Rice, Sidney Rice, and Baltimore D. I countered with Kurt Warner, Fitz, Joseph Addai, and Brent Celek.
Record:  5-5

Fantasy Trifecta League – Matt Forte got me off to a good start. Reggie Wayne was a monster. I faced Brett Favre, Kellen Winslow, and Michael Turner. I had the second lowest total in the league and got the Win so I guess I’m even from my other league.
Record:  3-7

Weekly Record:  3-2
Season Record: 27-23

That’s how my weekend of fantasy football went. How did you do?

In my only league I lost by 1.8 points, thanks mostly to down weeks by Menenhall, Witten, and the Eagles DEF. The sad part is that I was still very much in it come monday night, down only 7 points with Hauschka yet to play (my normal kicker was on bye so this was a matchup play). Had Hauschka hit all of his attempts on monday, I would’ve won!

Haha I know. I was watching and once he missed that I already knew I was done, even though it was early and the Browns were not going to win. Just had one of those feelings. Luckily the other guy at the top of the league lost too, so we’re tied at 8-2 and basically have the top two spots locked up going into a first place showdown this week.
