How did Week 8 go for you?  Did you survive the bye week?

I’m in six leagues so I’ll recap each one.

KFFL Analysis League - Well, things aren’t going well for me in this league.  I had the pleasure of facing Steve Smith, Roddy White, Chris Johnson, and Matt Schaub.  It wasn’t pretty.  Larry Fitzgerald, my recent trade acquistions (a couple weeks back for Adrian Peterson and Dwayne Bowe) and Jamal Lewis did well.  Chris Cooley was solid.  Everyone else pretty much sucked it up.
Record:  3-5

Cage Match League (The Legend vs. Awesome) - I took the round this week.  Drew Brees, Westbrook, Clinton Portis, Chris Johnson, Fitz, Santana Moss, Andre Johnson, Antonio Gates, and Baltimore D brought the funk.  McNabb, Thomas Jones, LT, and Randy Moss did what they could.  Awesome wasn’t so awesome leaving Brandon Marshall in.  I had the brain fart last week so it must have been contagious.
Record:  5-3

LEV League - This is embarrasing.  My opponent left Greg Jennings, Laurence Maroney, and Green Bay D in the starting lineup.  He also lost Jason Witten in the game.  McNabb, Santana Moss, and LT (second league) did me in.  Philip Rivers was great and Steve Slaton was solid.  Ronnie Brown, T.O., Housh, Marcedes Lewis, and Wash D stunk.  It came down to Reggie Wayne.  He didn’t deliver
Record:  4-4

Fantasy Sports Depot League - The league I don’t get.  Return yardage and IDPs.  I just can’t dig it.  I got pounded this week.  I faced Steve Smith (second league), Santana Moss, and LT (third league).  Enough said.  Matt Cassel was a decent fill-in as Aaron Rodgers and Kyle Orton were both on bye.  Randy Moss was good.  Since TDs aren’t weighted enough Calvin Johnson and Steve Slaton didn’t score as much as he would in most leagues.
Record:  3-5

My Keeper League -  Another trip behind the woodshed.  At least it wasn’t Mewelde Moore and LenDale White taking me out.  It was McNabb (second league), Steve Smith (third league), Kevin Walter, Fitz, Slaton, Frank Gore, and Dallas Clark.  Andre Johnson, Marshawn Lynch, and Thomas Jones did their part.  Torry Holt, Owen Daniels, Kris Brown, and Washington D stunk.
Record:  3-5

No Kicker League -This matchup was ridiculous.  The top two scores came from this matchup.  It’s a shame one of us had to lose.  I was led by Kurt Warner, Brain Westbrook, Slaton, Fitz, and Bowe.  My opponent countered with Rivers, Boldin, LT (fourth league), and DeAngelo Williams.  I had just enough to pull of the win.
Record:  6-2

Weekly Record:  2-4
Season Record:  24-24

That’s how my weekend of fantasy football went. How did you do?
