Fantasy Football Keeper League Results
I have been doing an 8-team keeper league that’s going on it’s fifth season. If you think that it’s easier than 10- or 12-team leagues, you would be mistaken. It is just as competitive, only your waiver wire looks a lot more attractive. Plus, while your team is stacked, but so is everybody else’s. Here’s a look at my roster.
QB1: Tom Brady
QB2: Philip Rivers
RB1: Frank Gore (Keeper)
RB2: Ryan Grant (Keeper)
RB3: Lesean McCoy
RB4: C.J. Spiller
RB5: Ricky Williams
WR1: Larry Fitzgerald (Keeper)
WR2: Greg Jennings
WR3: Pierre Garcon
WR4: Santonio Holmes
WR5: Johnny Knox
TE1: Brent Celek
TE2: Zack Miller
K1: Stephen Gostkowski
DEF1: San Francisco 49ers
DEF2: Miami Dolphins
I didn’t need Philip Rivers, but he was too good of a value to pass up as he slid for some reason. I took two young RBs in McCoy and Spiller hoping somebody can challenge Grant as a keeper option. My WR situation is a little dicey, but I feel I have trade chips at QB and RB if I need to upgrade.
