Fantasy Sleepers for Week 16

Patrick Mahomes Will certainly throw for well over 300 yards this week against Seattle, and Ezekiel Elliot should have no problem running over or through the Tampa Bay defense. Unfortunately, daily fantasy coaches aren’t going to get rich by loading up on high-priced players. Success as a daily fantasy coach demands one goes looking for value that can be spread throughout the roster.
.
With only two weeks remaining in the regular season, let’s take a look at a few players who could put up decent numbers while offering great value against the Fantasy Football salary cap. The following information could also be used to place bets on brand new betting sites.
.
Leonard Fournette, RB (Jacksonville) – It’s hard to pick an offensive player from a team that offers little hope in the way of offense. However, the Miami Dolphins have the 2nd worst rushing defense in the NFL, giving up 0ver 145 yards a game. This looks like a good place for the Jaguars to compensate for an anemic passing game by using Fournette as a bettering-ram. Look for 100+ yards and a TD
.
Chris Carson, RB (Seattle) – Carson is coming off a solid performance against San Francisco where he ran for 119 yards and a TD. Kansas City’s rushing D is at least as bad as San Fran’s. Since Wilson might want to avoid a shootout with KC’s Mahomes, look for Seattle to give the Chiefs a big dose of Carson on the ground and through the air. Look for 140+ total yards and a TD
.
Nick Foles, QB (Philadelphia) – For the 3rd week in a row, Foles will be filling in for injured Carson Wentz. This is a must win for the Eagles, a team that struggles to run the ball. There’s a good chance the Eagles will fall behind a very good Houston, forcing Foles to put the ball in the air out of necessity. While he has struggled so far this season, he is still the Super Bowl MVP and he still knows how to throw a football. Look for 320+ yards passing and 3 TDs.
.
Amari Cooper, WR (Dallas) – Few teams have given up more passing TDs than Tampa Bat at 30. While the Cowboys entire offense went MIA against Indy last week, they are back home and in desperate need of the win. Two games back, it became clear that QB Prescott and late-season addition Cooper are forming a great alliance when Cooper went off for 217 yards receiving and 3 TDs against Philadelphia. Tampa Bay’s secondary is just as bad. Look for 125+ yards and 2 TDs.
.
Marlon Mack, RB (Indianapolis) – The Colts are playing very good football and Mack figures to get a lot of touches for a team that plays great defense and ball-control offense. Against a very good defense, March rushed 27 times for 139 yards and 2 TDs. With the Colts very much in the playoff hunt, look for Mack to take the pressure off of QB Andrew Luck by running the ball a minimum of 25 times. That’s how the Colts love to play football. Look for +130 yards and 2 TDs.
