Michael Vick’s Prison Blues
The Couch Potato Chronicles has inspired me to do something a little off the wall. Here’s my parody of Johnny Cash’s Folsom Prison Blues.

I hear Goodell a comin’
He’s comin’ ’round the bend,
And I hope that my suspension,
Is soon to end,
I’m stuck in Folsom Prison,
For yet another day,
But I hope that bastard Roger,
Will shut up and let me play.
When I was a boy named Ookie,
My Mama told me, “Son,
You are as fast as lighting,
With an arm that is a gun,”
Just stay away from trouble,
And always do what’s right,
But I ignored my Mama ,
And trained my dogs to fight.
I bet Tom Brady’s happy,
With his amazing wife,
Matt Ryan rules Altanta,
which used to be my life,
But I know I had it comin’,
‘Cause of all the weed,
Electrocuting puppies,
That stuff just follows me.
Well, if they let me back in football,
wherever I may go,
I work hard to read defenses,
And even learn how to throw,
Far from Folsom Prison,
That’s where I want to stay,
I’d head on down to Oaktown,
With Al I might just play.

I’m glad I am inspiring to someone LOL
Great job with this … I really enjoyed it.
This would also work for OJ Simpson.
