NFL Free Agent Report Vol. 5

Mar 6, 2008

Here’s the fifth installment of the NFL Free Agent Report.  Click here for links to earlier reports.

Boss Bailey
Now the Broncos can boast of having a Boss and a Champ Bailey.  He signed with Denver for five years and $17.5 million.  The LB had 51 tackles and 3.5 sacks for Detroit last year.  He has 265 tackles in his four-year NFL career.

Jevon Kearse
Kearse made a return to Tennesee, where he was very successful.  His run in Philly was far from what the Eagles were expecting from him.  Perhaps he can stay healthy for the Titans.  He signed a bargain two-year, $6 million deal.

Maurice Williams
Williams will return to Jacksonville.  He can play either  tackle or guard for the Jags.  His contract was for four years and $16 million.
