I really liked reading your picks, mostly because they’re right so much! I’m actually up two games on you though – my season record if 85-31. I wonder who will come out on top…

Thanks Tim. Feel free to post your record here each week to show how you’re doing. Great picking.

I’m in a loser pool, and I still have Miami, Washington, Carolina and Houston left to pick from for week 9. Who is the biggest lock to lose this week among those 4?

I’d say Washington. The other three are divisional games that are harder to predict.

So … you’re still going with the Bengals. I know that you got their last game right, but I’m still leary of the Lester Effect.

On the other hand, Bengals have had good luck against the Ravens … but wow … they were very good last week against Denver.

Good luck with your picks …

Baltimore did look tough. I think Cincy wins, but doesn’t cover.

What do you think about this.

    1. Green Bay over Tampa Bay for 10 points
    2. Atlanta over Washington for 10 points
    3. San Francisco over Tennessee for 4 points
    4. Philadelphia vs Dallas Over 47 points
    5. Tennessee vs San Francisco Over 41 points

irish – seattle makes a good survivor pick at home
    head –
ten is a lot on the road, seems like a trap game
atl should pound wash at home
sf should cover that at home, but i would probably avoid that game if possible. you don’t know what VY is going to bring you. i’d lean towards the under on that one.

I’ve got all the same picks as you for my office pool (with 1/2 point + spread) except TEN which I picked to win. I see you posted against that above. Any others picks you would change because of the spread?

Just Denver. Guess I’d be getting points for CIN and SD.

    Five teams. That’s tough.

I like SD getting points, Jax, GB, Indy, and ATL

    November 6th, 2009 at 8:46 am #

    Awesome. TY. I had 24-20 Steelers…

Hi, what are your expectations of Tom Brady aginst Miami with the Paitriots coming off a bye and the weather factor on this game?

  22. LestersLegends
    November 7th, 2009 at 1:43 pm #

Tom coming off a bye should be very good. Weather doesn’t seem to be much of a factor for him. Pressure up front is the only thing that seems to rattle him.
