A lock to win the same as a lock to lose, you’re just picking the opposite team. so NE is a lock to win this week… what is a the logic here?

It’s like two different Survivor or Suicide leagues. Each week I pick one to win and one to lose without using the same game.
My lock to win this week is Green Bay. My lock to lose is Jacksonville.
I’m not following your comment.

Do you suggest benching Jamaal Charles in week 16 in favor of Jacobs or F-Jax. My #1 starter is S-Jax. Big decision this week whether to start Schaub or Warner and 2 WR’s from Boldin,Marshall, and Austin. Any ideas??

Both Jacobs and F-Jax are sharing with Bradshaw and Lynch respectively so I’d roll with Charles’ hot hand.
Don’t think you can go wrong with either QB, but I’d lean Warner.
I’d go Boldin and Marshall.

Hi Lester,here we go:
I need 2 RB’s from S.Jax,J.Charles,Addai,Forsett and Maroney.
Can you help me?
Thanks.

A lot of solid choices. I’d start by bumping Forsett. I’m a little nervous about how much Addai and the Colts offense is going to get used. Therefore I’d bench him.
I like Maroney this week, but I’d probably end up going with the guys who got you there: Sjax and Charles.

Romo @ Washington or Young vs SD?

Ben,Tony or Vince for all the money?
LestersLegends

Gotta take Tony in both instances. SD is playing great football, and I just can’t bring myself to use VY over such good alternatives. Big Ben was a monster last week, but Ward is banged up and I don’t see that one being such a shootout.

Do you want more interesting?
Joe DeCamillis has been around a few kickers that have played a long time in the NFL Draft (Jason Elam, Morten Andersen) and he believes Nick Folk will be one of them, too.
The Cowboys cut Folk Monday after missing 10 field goal attempts this year and signed Shaun Suisham.
“He works his craft the way you’re supposed to work it, so it was a difficult decision obviously,” DeCamillis said. “You don’t want to see anybody struggle and he was struggling. I think he even knew it. I’ve got the utmost respect for him, wouldn’t surprise me if he started kicking well again the league. He just kind of went into a little funk and unfortunately we couldn’t get him out of it. It’s disappointing on my part because you hppe to do something to revive it and get him going in the right direction and it just didn’t happen.”
Merry Christmas! And have a good time!

Morning Lester, I am in the main championship… Have two big decisions.. Need one QB Romo or Favre, both are not at the top of most lists. I am leaning towards Farve since the December mind bug is off his back. Second is my DST, need one. I have the Colts, Cowboys and can get Patriots, Redskins, Falcons or Dolphins. What is the best DST matchup?
Have Merry Christmas and thank you for your insight.

I like Romo over Favre. I just can’t trust Brett at this point.
I like the Falcons D the best. They are still in it and Buffalo is hurting at QB.
Merry Christmas to you as well and good luck!

Please send me your picks done by the spread. Would you go with (RB’s) Stewart, Moats, or the kid from Detroit Morris? Morris and Stewart had big games Moats hurt me. If williams plays for Carolina do I still play Stew? I want my backs to get the rock.
Thanks for all the hard work,
Reido

I agree… start Romo after Eli made teh Redskins look like a joke yesterday but I wouldn’t start the Falcons defence as the Jets run game could simply take over.. honestly I’d go Romo, Cowboys DST due to the fact Washington can’t score points.. they have such a brutal offense..

Hi Lester, hope Santa was good to you.
Please help me with WR’s.
I’m starting R. Moss and S. Smith[NYG]as for my third one which one you would pick from A.Collie,J.Cotchery.S.Breaston and J,Avant?
PS. There’s no such thing as easy pick.
Thanks again.

I’d probably go with Collie. He’s the most likely to score. Breaston has disappeared. Cotchery is a decent option.

Thanks Lester for your help. I like Warner to but he has struggled the last 2 games. Warner didn’t exactly light up the Lions like I thought he would do last week. I was hoping for a 300yd/3TD day.

Good Morning Lester. One KICKER QUESTION.
Carpenter or Gostkowski?
After that my lineup will set for the Big Game.
Thank you again.Have a great day.

Houston has allowed just 16 FGs on the year compared to 21 for the Jags. Gostkowski has kicked two more FGs and 7 more PATs.He’s also made 16 of his 24 FGs at home. All signs point to Gostkowski, and since weather shouldn’t be much of a factor, I say roll with him.
