Super Bowl XLIV – Pick the Score
Ready for some bragging rights? It’s time for the second Annual Lester’s Legends Pick the Score contest. It’s as simple a contest as you’ll ever find. All you have to do is post what you think the score of the Super Bowl will be.
Whoever comes the closest gets bragging rights for a whole year. What are you waiting for? Put in your score now and let the trash talking begin.
As a bonus, you can win a button that you can showcase on your website or send out to all of your friends to prove how much of a football expert you are.
I’ll get us started.
Indianapolis: 38
New Orleans: 24
Congratulations Todd Farino of http://www.fantasyfootballsearch.com/ and http://www.fantasybaseballsearch.com/ for the closest prediction 31-27.

I’m in.
I think this one’s gonna be a shootout that breaks the all-time scoring record for the SB. And I think that Brees out-guns Manning and the Saints win one for the gipper.
Saints 42 Colts 38

Colts games have rarely been shootouts this year, and the Saints offense showed weakness in the second half against Minnesota. So I don’t think a shootout is inevitable.

I’ve been saying Colts 31, Saints 24, as if it’s stuck in the snow, so I’ll stick with it. A little disappointed there isn’t a more profound buildup, because there are a number of intriguing matchups and approaches these two could take, several areas of the game where it can swing.

I’m actually surprised how little attention it’s getting. It’s been forever since the two #1′s squared off in the SB.
Plus, two of the best QBs in the league.

Quite a few of y’all picked the Saints. Nice work. Looks like Todd Farino of http://www.fantasyfootballsearch.com and http://www.fantasybaseballsearch.com was the closest with his 31-27 prediction.
