Here is look at the LestersLegends 2014 fantasy football kicker rankings.
.
1. Stephen Gostkowski, New England Patriots
Gostkowski led the league in scoring (158 points) for the second straight year (153 in 2012). He was third in 2011 (143 points). He’s as good as bet as any to be among the leaders once again.
.
2. Matt Prater, Denver Broncos
Prater finished second in scoring (150 points) last year and seventh in 2012 (133 points). Peyton Manning figures to lead another potent offense and Prater will reap the rewards. You’ll have to grab a kicker for the first four games, but the next 12 are more important.
.
3. Steven Hauschka, Seattle Seahawks
Hauschka finished fourth in scoring (143 points) last year. A healthy Percy Harvin should make the Seahawks even more explosive.
.
4. Blair Walsh, Minnesota Vikings
Walsh finished fourth in the league in scoring (141 points) as a rookie before taking a step back last year. Norv Turner’s offense figures to be more explosive, which should lead to good things from Walsh.
.
5. Justin Tucker, Baltimore Ravens
Tucker has averaged 136 points in two seasons, finishing in the top eight both years.
.
6. Phil Dawson, San Francisco 49ers
Dawson finished sixth in scoring (140 points) and with Michael Crabtree healthy the Niners should be more productive than last year.
.
7. Mason Crosby, Green Bay Packers
Crosby tied a career-high with 141 points, which was good for fifth in the league. He has scored 127 or more points in five of seven seasons.
.
8. Matt Bryant, Atlanta Falcons
Bryant took a major step back (111 points) thanks to Atlanta’s offensive woes. He averaged 132.3 points in his three seasons prior, making him a solid bet to bounce back.
.
9. Nick Novak, San Diego Chargers
Novak finished third in scoring (144 points). It was his first season with more than 122 points so he’s more unlikely to repeat than his counterparts.
.
10. Robbie Gould, Chicago Bears
Gould scored 123 points, which was good for 14th in the league. He should be potent in Marc Trestman’s offense.
