Congratulations to the Green Bay Packers and Packer Backers worldwide. They played a great game. Big Ben had several chances to add to his Super Bowl lore, but came up short.
.
Jordy Nelson looked great or terrible. No in between. In the end though, he’s a champion today.  James Starks ‘ playoff heroics will make things interesting for Ryan Grant next year. Greg Jennings was great. I really liked how he referred to Donald Driver as the team’s number one receiver in the post-game interview. We all know who is the number one for Green Bay, but he was showing respect for the veteran.
.
Hines Ward played like a kid again. It was nice to see him step up. The Steelers had their chances, but couldn’t force a turnover or prevent costly ones on offense.
.
Was it a great Super Bowl? I’d say no. There was drama, but Green Bay led the entire game. It was an interesting one though. Ticket problems, Christina Aguilera botching the National Anthem, a Black Eye Peas performance that was underwhelming, in part to audio issues. There were some solid commercials, but I don’t look forward to those like I used to.
.

Super Bowl XLV is hours away. I’m taking an informal poll to see what everybody thinks will happen tonight. Will Pittsburgh win a seventh ring? Will the Lombardi Trophy return to Green Bay?
.
My guess is Pittsburgh 27, Green Bay 24
.
Who you got in the Super Bowl? What’s your score?
