Two Quick Fantasy Baseball Streaming Options for 4/19/10

Apr 19, 2010

I started off on fire, but the weekend brought on a cold front. Hoping to get back on track with these two pitchers that you can plug into your lineup today.

Randy Wells, Chicago Cubs
Wells is off to a good start at 1-0 with a 2.92 ERA. His WHIP could sting a bit, but he’s a decent option for both a win and a low ERA.
Result:  ND, 6 IP, 1 Run, 5 Ks

Aaron Cook, Colorado Rockies
Cook is off to a poor start at 0-1 with a 5.56 ERA. His career ERA on the road stands at 4.04 (compared to 4.62 at home). His K/9 ratio also jumps from 3.32 to 4.21 on the road. In his career his 2-1 with a 3.63 ERA against Washington.
Result:  L, 3 IP, 5 Runs, 2 Ks

Today’s Results:  0-1, 9 IP, 6 Runs, 7 Ks
Yesterday’s Streamers
:  0-3, 9-1/3 IP, 12 Runs, 9 Ks
Season Totals:  3-6, 68-2/3 IP, 34 Earned Runs (4.46 ERA), 53 Ks
